Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days from the date you receive them.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@3ala-kefak.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please check it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to get a replacement, return the item you have and, after the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
